Excerpt:

“Chelsea,” he leans in and traces a path down my arm to my hip. “Do you know how bad I’ve wanted to kiss you? Since that first night in the hall?” He squeezes my hip. “Will you let me kiss you, Chelsea?” He leans in closer. “I can’t walk away again without tasting you.” He brings his hand up to my neck and wraps it around. “Just one kiss.”

“Yes,” the word is barely out of my mouth before his lips are on mine. But it’s not a rushed kiss. It’s slow and deliberate. Savoring. I need more. I lift up on my toes and wrap my arms around his shoulders and pull him in closer. When I part my mouth for him, the kiss deepens, his tongue stroking mine like he’s memorizing my taste, making heat simmer low in my belly.

His other hand cups my cheek, then slides into my hair. Our tongues tangle, and when I suck on his, he lets out a deep groan and slides his hand from my neck down to my ass, pulling me into him even closer. I can feel the ridge of his hardon through his shorts against my stomach, which only makes me feel like I’m on the edge of losing control and fucking him right now against this dresser.

A door opens, but I barely notice. But then I hear voices. Bo must hear them too, because he slows the kiss, but doesn’t pull away. He kisses me softly once, twice, then rests his head against my forehead, our breaths quick. “Holy shit, Chelsea. We need to do that again.”

A laugh rumbles in my chest, and I try to keep it in since we know someone is home. And I really don’t want to draw any attention to us. “I agree. We definitely need to do that again. Like as soon as possible.”

“As much as I want to close my door and stay in here all night, we better go say hello to whoever it is.” He pulls his head away from mine and drops his hand from my neck and waist, but takes my hand in his.

Full BLURB to come!

Everyone expects him to win the championship. No one expects me to fall for him. He’s the star quarterback, the guy every girl wants and every scout is watching. I’m just the tutor hired to keep him eligible to play. But somewhere between flashcards and football plays, he’s breaking through my walls—and suddenly the only thing harder than resisting him is pretending I don’t want more.
